The author is known as Amirul Afif Muhamat. He would like to air his views and ideas, his feelings and emotions in this blog. Born in Melaka (the historic city) and received primary education at Sek Keb Paya Dalam before moving to Sek Keb Pulai.
The journey then continued at the Malay College Kuala Kangsar for 5 years, then he took a diploma in Business Studies from UiTM, followed by BBA (H) in Islamic Banking with the same institution. Less than a month after finishing his studies, Alhamdulillah as he secured a job as Finance Executive at Shell Malaysia Trading for about 1-year plus, before he resigned and took a scholarship from UiTM for pursuing Master in Islamic Finance at University of Durham, UK..till now.
Enthusiastics to be an academician and researcher in his field,so that he can contribute towards the development of knowledge and nation-building, he is also an activist (nominal for now) with ABIM and PPIM, but the most important aspect is that he is a ’slave’ to Allah and will try to fulfill his obligations towards Him
